Confession: when I first stepped in front of the camera and prepared to go live for the first time
I was terrified.
My hands shook, my voice wavered, and in that moment, any experience I've had public speaking and teaching disappeared. It was just me, and the camera.
Going live and just staring into a camera looked different and it felt overwhelming.
Then one day, after months of procrastination, I finally reached over pressed that "Go Live" and launched my first weekly live video show.
